It’s not clear if the smart money is in for tonight’s WWE Royal Rumble pay-per-view, but there have been some significant shifts in the betting lines for several of the top matches for tonight.
Shinsuke Nakamura is now a sizable favorite to win the men’s Royal Rumble match at -475. Roman Reigns is the closest behind him at +500. Normally you would see much bigger odds when the results are leaked and the smart money comes in, however that hasn’t happened since last July with the WWE Battleground pay-per-view. It should be noted that last year when the smart money came in, Randy Orton was a major -2600 favorite to win the Rumble.
WWE Champion AJ Styles is now a heavy favorite to retain his title at -825, while Brock Lesnar is an even bigger favorite to retain the WWE Universal Championship at -1500.
Below are the current betting odds from 5 Dimes. Note that there are no odds on the Kickoff show matches. Just a reminder that a – sign indicates the favorite and the + is indicates the underdog. The number after the plus or minus represents how favored or unfavored they are in their match. Right now a $100 dollar bet on Kane would yield $2500 were he to win the WWE Universal Championship Triple Threat match.
