At tonight’s TV taping, Eddie Edwards took on Sami Callihan. After the match, Callihan attacked Edwards, at one point putting a chair near his head and hitting it with a baseball bat. According to PWInsider, the swing bounced off the chair and ended up hitting Edwards at the top of the head.
Edwards immediately left the ring, holding his head. There was said to be a “ton of blood” when he got backstage and was sent to the hospital.
