Daniel Bryan announced Enzo Amore has ‘abdicated’ the Cruiserweight Championship, and he will no longer be part of 205 Live.
Bryan said he wanted to make the announcement due to his ties to the Cruiserweight division, and they will soon crown a new Cruiserweight champion. Bryan announced a new 205 Live GM would be named next week, and they would move forward with a plan to crown a new champion.
Enzo (real name Eric Arndt) was fired earlier today after being accused of a sexual assault on a Phoenix area woman last October. WWE teased Bryan would address the title picture to start tonight’s show.
