WWE RAW Results – Nov 6, 2017

We begin with a scrolling message of the WWE sending out condolences for the people killed over the weekend in Texas.

We look back at last week when the garbage started to pile up around the Miz, Curtis Axel, and Bo Dallas. Then we see what happened at the end of the night when Braun Strowman rose through the garbage like a modern day Terminator.

We are in Manchester, United Kingdom and your announcers are Michael Cole, Corey Graves, and Booker T.

Miz TV:

Miz is in the ring with Curtis Axel and Bo Dallas for MizTV. Miz says he has a message for his opponent at Survivor Series, Baron Corbin. Miz says they have been going back and forth on social media. He said that he would knock Baron’s teeth down his throat if he talks about his pregnant wife. Then Corbin talks about not on his wife, but his unborn daughter. Corbin said that Miz would be calling him ‘daddy’ after the match.

Miz says that Corbin better be ready to step up to the plate because this is not the independent scene or NXT. Miz says he deserves respect. You might be the bathroom break of Smackdown, but he is the entire show on Raw. He will beat Baron so badly that he will make Baron and his title relevant.

Miz brings out his guest, Kurt Angle.

Angle tells Miz he has Angle’s full support in the match with Corbin. Miz can’t say the same for Angle. Angle brings up how he can still go and how Miz should know first-hand after the recent WWE TLC pay-per-view. Miz shows us video of RAW Commissioner Stephanie McMahon threatening Angle with his job if he doesn’t produce results at Survivor Series as Team Captain. Angle says he’s not going anywhere. He hypes the RAW 25th Anniversary episode in January. He goes on and brings up SmackDown Commissioner Shane McMahon, who has an inferior complex because they will always be the B-show. Angle says they will prove that at Survivor Series. Miz reminds Angle of the “Under Siege” attack from two weeks ago and shows us a replay on the big screen. Miz asks Angle how he retaliated, then shows us video of SmackDown General Manager Daniel Bryan on the show last week, and his backstage attack from Kane. Miz says Angle locked Bryan in his office and ordered Kane to attack him. Miz says SmackDown won’t be happy about this and he wouldn’t be surprised if they attacked again tonight. Angle says they wouldn’t dare and he had nothing to do with the attack. Angle apologizes to Bryan and says he has nothing but respect for Bryan.

Miz goes on and brings up how Angle set them up to be attacked by Braun Strowman last week. Miz says he and Bo were lucky enough to escape but Axel wasn’t. Fans chant for Axel, who is wearing a neck brace tonight. Miz says Bryan doesn’t deserve an apology, Axel does. They have more words and more tension. Miz says if Angle had nothing to do with last week’s attack by Braun, then why did he put Braun on Team RAW the very next day? Angle says they had nothing to do with each other and Braun deserves to be on Team RAW. Angle says Braun is one hell of a negotiator because he had to promise Braun one thing. Miz wonders what that is. A match… against Miz. Fans pop. Miz drops to his knees and begs but Angle leaves as his music plays.

– We see Elias walking backstage. We go to commercial.

Guitar on a Pole Match: Elias vs. Jason Jordan

Back from the break and out comes Elias as JoJo does the introduction. Elias has a song tonight but he must perform it A-capella as his guitar is hanging on a pole in one of the corners. Elias is quickly interrupted by Jason Jordan.

The bell rings and Elias goes right for the guitar but Jordan stops him and goes right to work. Elias fights him off and tries to climb again but Jordan stops him. They go to the floor after a nice dropkick. They come right back in and face off. Some fans chant for Elias as we go to commercial and they lock up.

We are back and Elias kicks Jordan and punches him. Elias with a chop and Jordan with forearms. Jordan with a running shoudler into the corner followed by an overhead belly-to-belly suplex followed by another suplex. Jordan climbs the turnbuckles but Elias stops him and pulls him to the mat. Elias with a clothesline and then he grabs the guitar and removes it from the pole.

Elias misses Jordan and Jordan with a kick and he grabs the guitar and chases Elias around the ring. Elias kicks Jordan as Jason returns to the ring. Elias with kicks and he takes the guitar back. Elias swings and misses. Jordan runs Elias into the corner twice. He picks him up and does it a third time. Jordan with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex. Jordan grabs the guitar and he hits Elias in the back to break it. Crowd isn’t happy.

Winner: Jason Jordan

– Back to a break, including a promo for Asuka.

Backstage:

We are back and Kurt Angle checks his phone while Cesaro and Sheamus enter the room. Cesaro says that Kurt has not made Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose prove that they are the best when you had Miz and Alexa defend the titles. Sheamus says that Kurt is protecting Dean and Seth. Kurt tells Sheamus to man up and say it if they want a match. Sheamus says they want to be the Raw Tag Team champs and represent the brand at Survivor Series. Kurt gives them one last chance tonight for the tag titles.

Asuka vs. Stacy Coates

Asuka avoids Coates and then she kicks Stacy in the leg and back. Coates with forearms but they have no impact. Asuka with slaps and a jumping back heel kick. Asuka with a hip attack. Asuka with kicks to the chest and then she hits a round kick to the temple. Asuka with a Tiger Bubba Bomb and the Asuka Lock to force Coates to tap out.

Winner: Asuka

– Alicia Fox is in the back and she is ready for the Love Boat. She says Asuka is on Team Raw.

Backstage:

We go to the interview area with Titus O’Neil and Apollo Crews. Titus is shown footage of what happened last week between Samoa Joe and Apollo Crews. Titus is asked why would he want to face Samoa Joe tonight. Titus says there is nothing uncomfortable. They are here to have fun. Titus says last week wasn’t fun at all. He had his eyes set on helping his friend Apollo Crews. Tonight, he has his eyes set on Samoa Joe. Titus says that Joe is in trouble tonight. We go to commercial.

– We are back and Samoa Joe attacks Apollo Crews and throws him off the stage. Joe applies the Kokina Clutch on Titus on the ramp. Samoa Joe takes a mic and he says it does not matter if you are as big and powerful as Titus. It does not matter if you have the athleticism of Apollo Crews. If you stand in his way, he will put you down. If anyone wants to prove him wrong, come on down because he is not done yet.

Here come Fin Balor to accept the challenge but first… We go to commercial.

Samoa Joe vs. Finn Balor

Joe goes for a kick but Balor moves out of the way. Balor goes for the leg but Joe avoids him. Joe goes into the corner to get into Balor’s head. They lock up and Joe backs Balor into the ropes and Balor reverses things and gives a clean break. Joe with a kick and side head lock. Joe with a shoulder tackle. Joe with forearms but Balor with forearms of his own. Joe runs Finn’s eyes across the top rope and then he chops Balor and follows with a head butt to the back. Balor with a double leg take down and a double stomp to Joe. Joe with an Irish whip and Balor goes to the apron and connects with an enzuigiri on the apron. Joe crotches Balor on the top turnbuckle.

Joe with punches to Balor as the referee checks on Finn. Joe with an Irish whip and a running elbow into the corner and an enzuigiri. Joe gets a near fall. Joe with a snap mare and he works on Balor’s neck. Joe with a head butt and snap mare followed by a chop, kick and elbow drop to the chest for a near fall. Balor with elbows and forearms but Joe with a back elbow. Joe gets another near fall. Joe works on the neck again and Balor gets to his feet as the crowd gets behind Balor.

Joe with a knee to the midsection followed by an Irish whip. Joe runs into boots from Balor. Balor with forearms to Joe but Joe stays on his feet. Joe misses a clothesline and Balor with a flying forearm. Balor with a running chop into the corner but Joe with an Irish whip. Balor floats over but Joe kicks Balor. Joe goes to the turnbuckles and Balor with a kick to send Joe to the floor. Balor with a baseball slide to Joe and then he hits a running kick to the head from the apron.

Balor runs around the ring and he hits a running forearm on Joe as we go to commercial.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Balor with Slingblade but Joe avoids the running drop kick and Joe follows with a back senton for a near fall. Joe puts Balor on the turnbuckles and Balor with forearms. Joe with a chop that almost has Balor fall off the turnbuckles. Joe gets Balor on his shoulders but Balor with a sunset flip for a near fall. Joe with a punch but Balor with a Pele Kick and both men are down.

Balor with another Slingblade and then he hits the running drop kick and Joe falls to the mat. Balor goes to the apron and then to the turnbuckles. Balor misses Coup de Grace when Joe moves. Joe with an STJoe for a near fall. Joe waits for Balor to get up and Joe prepares for the Kokina Clutch and he applies it but Balor uses the turnbuckles to escape and then he hits a double stomp. Joe rolls to the floor.

Balor with a plancha onto Joe. Balor with forearms to Joe but Joe biels Balor onto the ramp as the referee continues his count and he gets to ten.

Double Count Out

After the bell, fans chant “bulls–t” at the finish. Joe and Balor brawl on the ramp as officials try to break the fight up. Joe takes Balor down as the brawl continues. Security is out next, as is RAW General Manager Kurt Angle. Security holds Balor and Joe back as fans chant for one more fight. Angle has had enough. Angle says this is the kind of action he wants on his team at Survivor Series. He announces Balor and Joe for Team RAW, joining Angle and Braun. Balor ends up running and leaping off the stage, taking Joe down on the floor. Joe recovers as Finn’s music hits and we go to replays.

– The Miz is backstage with Axel and Bo. Bo tries to talk Braun Strowman down, to motivate Miz for his match later tonight. Axel says he’s not sure, he’s never been manhandled like he was last week. Axel suggests they leave quickly. Miz looks at him and he’s not happy. Axel changes his mind and says they will stay and fight if Miz wants to.

– Still to come, Miz vs. Braun. We go back to commercial.

– We are back and Kurt Angle is trying to call Daniel Bryan and he leaves a voicemail for him. Jason Jordan enters the office and Kurt says Jason has made some great strides as a singles competitor. Kurt says this might be favoritism, but he needs someone he can trust and there is no one he can trust more than his son so Jason is the final member of Team Raw. Jason thanks Kurt and hugs him. He says he won’t let Kurt down.

Bayley and Sasha Banks are in the interview area. They are asked about their match against Nia Jax and Alicia Fox. Bayley says Alicia tries to act different but she will not leave them off the team. Bayley reminds us that she led them to victory last year. Bayley says she is serious about this. Sasha talks about Smackdown’s team. Sasha says it makes no sense to leave them off the team. Bayley says that Alicia is blinded by her new toys but Bayley says it is time to show Alicia that on the biggest stage, no one shines as brightly as they do.

Alicia Fox and Nia Jax vs. Bayley and Sasha Banks

Bayley and Alicia start things off but first the crowd serenades Bayley. Alicia backs into the corner as only Alicia would to avoid Bayley and she tags in Nia. They lock up and Nia sends Bayley to the mat. Nia with a snap mare and she kicks Bayley. Bayley with punches but Nia with a splash into the corner. Bayley with a side head lock and Nia tosses her aside. Bayley is pushed back to the mat by Nia. Bayley wtih an elbow and Sasha tags in. They both back Nia into the corner and Bayley with a splash. Sasha is sent to the apron and then she goes up top and Nia catches her on a cross body attempt.

Sasha gets free and tries for a rollup but Nia does not go down. Nia misses an elbow drop and Sasha with a running knee for a near fall. Nia runs Sasha into the corner and Alicia tags in. Alicia with a snap mare and reverse chin lock. Sasha with punches and she sends Alicia into the turnbuckles. Bayley tags in and she works on the arm and applies an arm bar. Alicia with a boot to the head but Bayley sends Alicia to the floor but Nia, who made the blind tag sends Bayley to the floor.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Nia with a few elbow drops to Bayley. Bayley is sent into the turnbuckles. Alicia tags in and she connects with a forearm. Alicia kicks Bayley in the back. Alicia gets a near fall. Alicia with a reverse chin lock. Alicia pulls Bayley down by the hair and then she tags Nia back in. Nia mocks Bayley and Irish whips her and follows with a splash into the corner. Bayley with double sledges to the head but Nia picks up Bayley. Bayley gets back to her feet. Nia catches Bayley out of the corner and hits a running Snake Eyes on Bayley and then she knocks Sasha off the apron.

Nia stretches Bayley while standing on her hair. Nia with a biel but Bayley with punches. Alicia tags in. Bayley with a drop kick to Nia on the apron and then she sends Alicia into the turnbuckles. Sasha tags in and hits Meteora on Alicia. Sasha with a satellite head scissors. Sasha blocks Alicia’s kick and hits a double knee drop in the ropes. Nia pulls Sasha off Alicia. Bayley is sent over the top rope but she pulls Nia over with some help from Sasha. Alicia with a rollup for a near fall but Sasha with Banks Statement and Alicia taps out.

Winners: Sasha Banks and Bayley

After the match, Alicia tells Sasha Banks that she needs her on her team. Alicia says she wants Sasha on her team.

– Braun Strowman walks in the back as we go to commercial.

– Back from the break and we get a video showing what led to the next match.

Braun Strowman vs. The Miz

We go to the ring and out comes Braun Strowman marching to the ring. WWE Intercontinental Champion The Miz is out next for this non-title match. Curtis Axel and Bo Dallas are with him.

The bell rings and Miz goes to the floor to talk strategy with Bo and Curtis. Bo and Curtis get on the apron behind Braun and they go to the floor before Braun can do anything. Miz tries to get into the ring but Strowman sees him coming and Miz returns to the floor to figure out Plan C. Strowman gets his hands on Miz and he biels Miz across the ring. Miz rolls to the floor. Strowman chases after Miz and he goes into the ring to cut off the apron. Strowman pulls Miz to the apron and then sends Miz into the ring post.

Strowman grabs Miz and he tells Bo and Curtis to stsay away. Strowman throws Miz into the ring and he keeps Miz in the ring. Strowman gets Miz on his shoulder for a Dominator. Strowman punches Bo and Bo goes down like a sack of potatoes. Curtis begs for mercy because of his neck brace and Strowman throws Axel into the ringside barrier. Strowman tells Miz he cannot run and then Strowman throws Miz over the top rope onto Axel and Dallas.

Kane’s music sounds and he makes his way to the ring.

Strowman reminds Kane of what he did and he says that you cannot kill him. Strowman says he is the only monster on Raw. They exchange punches and the referee calls for the bell.

No Contest

After the bell, the brawl continues. Kane grabs Braun for a chokeslam but Braun blocks it. Braun scoops Kane and nails the running powerslam in the middle of the ring. Braun stands tall and yells out for a pop. Kane sits right up and gets to his feet but Braun clotheslines him over the top rope. Kane lands on his feet. The Miz and Bo attack Braun from behind, beating him down. Braun overpowers and splashes them both in opposite corners. Braun with a running powerslam to Miz in the middle of the ring now. Braun stands tall as his music hits. We go to replays. Braun heads to the back as his music plays. We see Miz laid out in the ring as a referee checks on him.

– Renee Young is backstage with the RAW Tag Team Champions, asking about tonight’s main event. Dean Ambrose says they have to expect the unexpected as champions but that’s what they do every night, defend the titles. Ambrose says they’re going to take care of The Bar, then go have some fish & chips and a few pints. Seth Rollins says you’re bound to make enemies when you’re as good as they are. Rollins goes on and says they will prove to SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos who the best team in the world is at Survivor Series. They also rip on Sheamus and Cesaro, promising that they won’t win tonight. We go to commercial.

– Back from the break and out comes WWE Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore.

Enzo cuts a promo and says he’s the greatest thing to hit the UK since the Bubonic Plague. Enzo goes on bragging about how great he is before taking shots at Survivor Series opponent Kalisto. The music finally interrupts and out comes Kalisto.

Kalisto rushes the ring and Enzo retreats to the apron. Kalisto goes right to ringside and takes a seat. Enzo returns to the middle of the ring for more trash talking on the mic. Out comes Kurt Angle to introduce Enzo’s opponent for tonight – WWE UK Champion Pete Dunne.

Pete Dunne vs. Enzo Amore

Angle introduces Dunne and hit music hits. Dunne makes his way down for this non-title champion vs. champion match as Enzo looks on. We go to commercial.

Back from the break and Dunne looks at Enzo like he’s crazy as Enzo dances around and runs his mouth. The bell rings and Dunne quickly drops Enzo for a pop. Fans chant “Bruiserweight” now as Enzo recovers on the floor. Enzo talks some trash to Kalisto as he watches from ringside.

Dunne follows and drops Enzo with a kick on the floor. Dunne drops Enzo onto the apron for another pop. Dunne with more offense before they bring it back into the ring. Enzo takes Dunne down and keeps him grounded. Enzo beats on Dunne and talks some trash while he’s down. Enzo with a big kick to the ribs. Enzo turns his attention to Kalisto for more trash talking. Dunne rolls Enzo up from behind for a 2 count. Dunne drops Enzo again in the corner.

Dunne catches a kick in the corner but Enzo takes him down. Enzo covers for the pin and uses the ropes for leverage but Kalisto alerts the referee. Enzo with more trash talking to Kalisto. Dunne floors Enzo from behind. Dunne with The Bitter End for the easy pin.

Winner: Pete Dunne

After the match, The Bruiserweight stands tall as Kalisto enters the ring to raise his arm. We go to replays. Dunne leaves with the WWE UK Title in the air. Kalisto stands over Enzo and mocks him.

– Still to come, The Bar gets a title shot in the main event.

– The announcers hype WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar vs. WWE Champion Jinder Mahal at Survivor Series. Back to commercial.

– Back from the break and the announcers lead us to a video package on The Beast vs. The Modern Day Maharaja at Survivor Series. Lesnar is confirmed for next week’s go-home RAW from Atlanta. The announcers plug AJ Styles vs. Jinder with the title on the line for this week’s SmackDown.

– Charly is backstage with RAW Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss, asking about her Survivor Series match against SmackDown Women’s Champion Natalya. Bliss says Natalya is an eccentric cat lady and knocks her recent comments on SmackDown. Charly reminds Bliss that she really did run away during the “Under Siege” attack. Bliss knocks Charly and says she’s going to run circles around Natalya, just like she did when she was on SmackDown. Bliss goes on and knocks Natalya, then Charly, to end the interview.

RAW Tag Team Title Match: The Bar vs. Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose

We go to the ring and out comes Cesaro and Sheamus for tonight’s main event. They’re wearing Liverpool jerseys for big heat from the crowd. We go to commercial.

Ambrose and Sheamus start things off and Ambrose charges at Sheamus and then he clotheslines Cesaro over the top rope to the floor. Rollins attacks Cesaro. Rollins with an elevated Slingblade on Sheamus for a near fall. Cesaro comes off the turnbuckles and Rollins with an X Factor for a near fall. Sheamus pulls Cesaro to the floor and Rollins with a baseball slide to both men. Dean goes up top and hits a cross boy on Cesaro while Rollins hits one on Sheamus.

Ambrose chops Cesaro. Cesaro misses a chop and Ambrose with more chops. Cesaro with a European uppercut and punch. Sheamus tags in and Sheamus kicks Ambrose and hits a European uppercut. Sheamus with another one and Dean bounces off the ropes. Dean with forearms but Sheamus with a punch. Dean with a knee and then he hits a drop kick and Rollins with a drop kick and Sheamus goes to the floor. Cesaro is clotheslined over the top rope to the floor as we go to commercial.

We are back and Sheamus with a forearm off the turnbuckles followed by a clothesline to Ambrose for a near fall. We see footage from the commercial break of Ambrose being worked over by Sheamus and Cesaro. Sheamus with a top wrist lock but Ambrose with punches. Sheamus with a knee. Cesaro tags in and they send him into the turnbuckles and hit a double thrust kick. Cesaro gets a near fall.

Ambrose with elbows but Sheamus tags in and they hit a double clothesline. Sheamus with a leaping knee drop and Ambrose rolls to the apron. Sheamus with forearms across the chest but Ambrose with elbows. Sheamus with a shot to the back to knock Ambrose off the apron. Sheamus sends Ambrose back into the ring but Ambrose rolls on the apron and hits a clothesline. Ambrose tries to make the tag but Cesaro tags in and he kicks Rollins off the apron. Cesaro puts Ambrose on the turnbuckles and connects with a European uppercut. Cesaro tries for a superplex but Ambrose blocks it. Ambrose drops Cesaro on the top rope.

Ambrose with a clothesline off the turnbuckles and Cesaro falls to the floor. Rollins is still down on the floor and Ambrose looks for his partner. Sheamus tags in and Sheamus gets Ambrose up for a slam but Ambrose gets to his feet. Sheamus misses a charge into the corner and hits the ring post. Rollins and Cesaro tag in and Rollins with a springboard clothesline followed by a kick and blockbuster. Rollins with a suicide dive to Sheamus. Rollins misses the springboard knee but he gets a near fall with a sunset flip. Rolins with a Falcon Arrow for a near fall.

Rollins goes up top and hits a double sledge to Sheamus on the apron. Cesaro with Swiss Death for a near fall. Sheamus tags in and he kicks Rollins. Sheamus and Cesaro get Rollins up but Ambrose makes the save. They go back and forth with punches and European uppercuts. Rollins with a super kick to Sheamus while Ambrose hits a clothesline on Cesaro. Rollins gets a near fall.

Ambrose and Rollins set for suicide dives and Sheamus sops Rollins but Ambrose hits Cesaro. Sheamus and Cesaro with a double splash mountain on Ambrose into the ringside barrier. Sheamus with a knee to Rollins followed by a Doomsday Device on Rollins for a near fall. Sheamus tags in and they set for the spike Air Raid crash but Dean kicks Sheamus. Rollins with super kicks to Sheamus and Cesaro. Dean with a double underhook DDT and Rollins with a frog splash but Cesaro pushes Ambrose onto Rollins to break up the cover.

We hear Big E’s familiar introduction for The New Day. Out come the SmackDown Superstars, Big E, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods, from the crowd as both teams are distracted. They dance down through the crowd but are taking their time. Woods applauds the crowd for staying awake for this 3 hour presentation of the B Show. Kofi and Big E take shots next. We see Kurt Angle, Rhyno and Heath Slater walking through the back. Braun appears and Angle orders him to get others. Angle gathers other RAW Superstars to hit the ring area as The New Day keeps talking trash. The New Day warns to get ready for “Under Siege” part 2. Angle comes out with the RAW roster, surprising The New Day.

The red brand Superstars surround the ring to block any kind of attack from the blue brand. The New Day leaves as some of the RAW Superstars go through the crowd after them. Sheamus takes advantage of the distraction and floors Rollins with a Brogue Kick for the pin and the titles.

Winners and New RAW Tag Team Champions: Cesaro and Sheamus

After the bell, The Bar retreats to the ramp as Ambrose checks on Rollins and we get replays. The Bar celebrates with the titles on the stage as Rollins recovers in the ring. Angle looks around the arena to watch for another attack. RAW goes off the air with The Bar celebrating on the stage.
