WWE WrestleMania 33 Results – Apr. 2, 2017

Pre-Show:

The WrestleMania 33 Kickoff pre-show opens live from Camping World Stadium in Orlando with Renee Young welcoming us. She’s joined by WWE Hall of Famers Jerry Lawler, Booker T and Shawn Michaels. They talk about how big tonight’s show is. Apparently it’s pretty hot in Orlando and Lawler wonders if the heat will be a problem for the Superstars tonight. Renee sends us to the Social Media Lounge with Charly Caruso and Maria Menounos. Charly confirms it’s hot backstage. They go over tonight’s hashtag and will have Paul Heyman later on to answer fan questions. Maria mentions seeing Brock Lesnar earlier and says he’s laser-focused. Charly sends us to Sam Roberts with a bunch of fans outside of the stadium. We go back in for more WrestleMania hype and a video package for tonight’s WWE Title match.

– The panel discusses the new Orton and how dark he is now. Shawn talks about how it’s always been in Orton but it’s coming out now. Lawler and HBK believe Wyatt will retain while Booker goes with Orton. The panel discusses AJ Styles vs. Shane McMahon now. All three Hall of Famers go with AJ as the winner. Renee leads us to a video package for Seth Rollins vs. Triple H. Shawn makes it known he’s picking Triple H to win. He says this is the tipping point for Rollins. HBK believes Rollins will be done if he doesn’t win tonight. Shawn says tonight is the night that determines Rollins’ future. Booker and Lawler also predict Triple H to win. Renee leads us to another break. We come back and get an overhead shot of Camping World Stadium as fans continue to fill the stadium up. Rosenberg is on the ramp and it’s a big one. Rosenberg sends us back to the panel for discussion on tonight’s WWE United States Title match.

– We come back and WWE Hall of Famer Lita joins the panel to discuss tonight’s women’s title matches. Lawler has left. HBK predicts Nia Jax will win the RAW Women’s Title. Lita goes with Bayley to retain. Booker also goes with Nia to win the title. Lita predicts Naomi to win the SmackDown Women’s Title while HBK and Booker pick Bliss to retain. The panel discusses John Cena and Nikki Bella vs. The Miz and Maryse next. HBK picks Cena and Nikki to win because he loves John. Renee sends us to the ring for the first match.

WWE Cruiserweight Title Match: Austin Aries vs. Neville

We go to the ring and out comes Austin Aries as Greg Hamilton makes the introduction. Tom Phillips welcomes us and he’s joined by Corey Graves. WWE Cruiserweight Champion Neville is out next.

The bell rings and fans chant for Aries. They lock up and go at it. Neville drops Aries with a shoulder. Neville mocks Aries before they prepare to lock up again. They lock up after some stalling by Neville. They trade holds until Aries catches Neville with a Japanese arm drag. Neville ends up avoiding Last Chancery early on. He goes to the floor and Aries taunts him from the ring. Neville comes back in and they go at it. Aries gets the upperhand and hits a dropkick. Aries with an elbow in the corner. Aries goes to the second rope for an elbow to the back of the neck for a 2 count.

Neville goes back to the floor and Aries runs for a dive but Neville meets him with a boot. Neville goes to the top and nails a big dropkick for a 2 count. We go to a break with Neville in control.

Back from the break and Neville has Aries grounded. Aries makes a comeback after Neville misses from the top. Aries with a gutbuster and the Pendulum elbow. Neville counters but gets dumped over the top rope to the floor. Aries goes to the top and comes crashing down on Neville on the floor. Aries goes back into the ring to nail the dive, sending Neville into the barrier. Aries brings it back into the ring for a close 2 count. Neville takes Aries to the corner and the referee has to warn him. Neville with a kick to the jaw. Neville takes Aries to the top for a superplex. Aries fights him. Neville jumps to the mat and lands on his feet. Aries comes off the top with a missile dropkick and nails Neville for a close 2 count.

Neville ends up catching Aries in a snap German suplex. Aries looks to make a comeback but Neville stops the discus forearm and drops Aries on his head with a German. Aries kicks out at 2. Neville stomps Aries in the face in the corner now. Neville pulls Aries over and goes for the Rings of Saturn but Aries turns it into a 2 count. They trade shots in the middle of the ring now. Aries nails the big Discus Fivearm but Neville goes to the floor to avoid the pin. Aries goes out and brings Neville back in but Neville stays on the apron. Neville nails a kick to the head. Neville goes to the top for Red Arrow but Aries cuts him off and climbs up.

Aries nails a huge hurricanrana and then a running forearm in the corner. Aries goes to the top and nails the 450 for a close 2 count. Aries goes right into the Last Chancery in the middle of the ring. Neville rakes and digs at Aries’ previously injured eye socket. Neville with another shot before going to the top as the referee warns him. Neville nails Red Arrow for the win.

Winner: Neville

After the match, Neville begins his celebration as we go to replays. Neville poses on the ropes with the title while Aries holds a towel over his injured eye. Tom sends us back to the panel.

– The panel plugs the WWE Network and tonight’s card. Fans continue to make their way into Camping World Stadium but the place is filling up. Renee sends us to a commercial for the WWE Network.

– We come back to another opening for the second hour as Renee welcomes us. This hour is also airing on the USA Network. Renee re-introduces the panel – Lawler, Booker and HBK. They send us to the ring.

Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal

Michael Cole welcomes us as Big Show’s music plays. Show marches to the ring as do many other RAW and SmackDown Superstars. We see the Andre trophy at ringside. Cole is joined by Byron Saxton and JBL. Braun Strowman’s music hits next as he makes his way out. We see Rob Gronkowski at ringside. The bell rings and everyone goes at it. Braun immediately tosses Primo. Braun eliminates Kalisto next. Simon Gotch and Heath Slater are also out. Braun continues to dominate. Big Show tosses Jimmy Uso. Big Show tosses Goldust next. Big Show eliminates Konnor with ease. Show and Braun meet in the middle of the ring as everyone watches. Sami runs over and attacks Braun before they can clash. The others team up to work on Braun and Big Show now. Braun fights through and eliminates Show.

Braun continues with eliminations after Show stares at him. WWE NXT Superstars Killian Dain and Tian Bing are still in the match. Viktor is eliminated as well. Harper almost eliminates Ziggler. Rhyno goes at it with Dain. Rhyno almost eliminates Ziggler. Truth decks Ziggler but he hangs onto the apron. Truth gets eliminated. Harper works on Breeze now. Rhyno works on Primo. Aiden English and Sami work on Chad Gable. Jinder Mahal works on getting Ziggler out. Jason Jordan assists Gable in eliminating English. Curtis Axel is also dumped by American Alpha. Jey Uso is also eliminated by Alpha. Gable and Jordan both get eliminated soon after. Bing eliminates Breeze, then Fandango. Henry gets teamed up on and he’s eliminated. Dain goes at it with Ziggler.

Ziggler ends up eliminating Bing. Sami eliminates Primo with a Helluva Kick. Harper works on Ziggler again. Mojo eliminates Bo Dallas. Mojo works on Apollo Crews now. Ziggler goes at it with Mojo but gets slammed in the middle of the ring. Crews gets eliminated. Mojo eliminates Ziggler. Crews eliminates Harper. It’s down to Mojo, Sami, Dain, Titus O’Neil and Jinder. Sami eliminates Titus. Dain eliminates Sami from behind. Fans boo as Dain gets hype. Mojo takes out Dain with a splash in the corner. Jinder and Mojo go at it. Mojo nails a clothesline. Dain and Mojo meet in the middle of the ring now.

Dain and Mojo trade shots. Mojo knocks Dain off his feet. Jinder sends Mojo out of the ring but he went through the second rope. Jinder goes outside and launches Mojo into the barrier in front of Gronkowski. Gronk cheers his friend on. Jinder and Gronk have words. Jinder takes Gronk’s drink, takes a sip and splashes it on him. Jinder goes back into the ring. Gronk comes over the barrier as fans pop. Security comes over to stop him. Gronk takes his shirt off and fans pop. Gronk looks to enter the ring and does while Jinder has Dain in the corner. Gronk sets up and waits for Jinder to turn around. Gronk floors Jinder with a big tackle. Mojo comes back in and talks with his friend. Gronk leaves. Dain comes from behind but Gronk moves. They go at it and Dain gets eliminated. Jinder charges but Mojo sends him to the apron. They trade suplex attempts. Mojo ends up knocking Jinder off the apron to get the win.

Winner: Mojo Rawley

After the match, Mojo stands tall and begins the celebration before pointing out to Gronk at ringside. Gronk comes back into the ring to celebrate with Mojo. We go back to the panel.

– We get more hype from the panel before going backstage to Charly, Maria and Paul Heyman in the Social Media Lounge. Heyman takes a few fan questions and says there’s no way in reality that Brock Lesnar will lose to Bill Goldberg tonight. We go back to the panel for predictions on the match. Booker goes with Goldberg and Lawler goes with Lesnar. HBK says he still can’t bet against Brock. We get another shot from Rosenberg outside with fans and come back into Renee sending us to the ring for another pre-show match.

WWE Intercontinental Title Match: Baron Corbin vs. Dean Ambrose

We go to the ring and Tom is with JBL and David Otunga. Baron Corbin is out first. Dean makes his way down and the match is underway.

The bell rings and Corbin goes right to work on Ambrose. Ambrose sends Corbin to the floor and nails a dive early on. Ambrose takes Corbin from barrier to barrier and beats him back into the ring. Ambrose goes for the bulldog but Corbin sends him into the ring post back-first. Corbin follows up with boots. Corbin with more boots sending Ambrose into the ring post. Corbin stands tall and plays to the crowd. Corbin keeps control until Ambrose nails a boot. Corbin cuts the comeback off with a chokeslam for a 2 count.

They end up on the floor again. Corbin sends Ambrose hard into the barrier. Corbin brings it back into the ring. Ambrose counters and goes for Dirty Deeds but it’s blocked. Corbin keeps control until Ambrose manages to send him into the post. Ambrose goes on but Corbin catches him in mid-air and covers for a 2 count. Corbin tries for a superplex but Ambrose fights him. Ambrose knocks Corbin to the mat. Ambrose jumps but lands on his feet. Corbin blocks Dirty Deeds but Ambrose dumps him over the top rope. Ambrose launches himself over the top but Corbin catches him in mid-air again. Corbin charges but Ambrose moves and Corbin crashes into the steel steps. Ambrose goes back to the top and nails a big elbow drop to the floor.

They come back in and Ambrose unloads with strikes. Ambrose runs into an elbow. Corbin counters and hits a neckbreaker for a 2 count. More counters between the two. Corbin hits a Deep Six for a 2 count. Corbin mounts Ambrose. Ambrose ends up hitting the rebound clothesline. Corbin blocks Dirty Deeds again. Corbin slams Ambrose for a 2 count. Corbin yells in frustration now. Corbin talks trash about taking the title and nails Ambrose in the face. Ambrose counters End of Days and drops Corbin with Dirty Deeds for the win.

Winner: Dean Ambrose

After the match, Ambrose takes his title as we go to replays. Ambrose poses in the corner with the gold as fans pop. We go back to the panel.

– We get more hype for tonight’s show and that’s it for the pre-show.

WWE WrestleMania 33 Opener:

The show opens with a wide shot of the crowd as Jojo introduces Tinashe to sing America the Beautiful. At the end of the songs, jets fly in formation above the arena, and the crowd cheers loudly, with a good bit of ‘USA’ chants. We segue right into a video package highlighting the history and magnitude of WrestleMania, while touching on the main feuds heading into the show.

Tons of pyro hits as we head back to the stadium. Big E comes over the PA and tells Orlando to not dare be sour, and clap for their WrestleMania hosts and feel the POWAH! Pyro goes off and New Day come out in some amazing outfits with Kofi riding an ice cream delivery bicycle down the ramp. Michael Cole says New Day’s outfits are reminiscent of Final Fantasy, then he rattles off a couple of ‘character names’ from a script before telling Cory Graves what a big fan of Final Fantasy he is. Several of the foreign announce teams are introduced while New Day head into the ring and grab some very colorful mics.

Woods just screams ‘WrestleMania’ into the mic, then tells the crowd they’re honored to be there tonight. New Day were given the call to host WrestleMania, and tonight, we’ll see the strongest collide, and WWE Superstars engage in battle for our enjoyment. There will be joy, excitement and drama. Kofi says there will be moments that will make you reach out, grab your friend’s shirt, and blow your nose. Big E says tonight they’re going to pull their levers, the crowd goes nuts at the innuendo. Woods tells E he needs to be careful with phrasing and then Big E corrects, saying pull THE lever to the thrill ride that is WrestleMania. They lead the crowd in a New Day rocks chant before Cole says the first match tonight will be from the Smackdown brand.

Tom Philips, David Otunga and JBL will be commentating this match for Smackdown, and the show is kicking off with a big match as we get a promo detailing the events that led to AJ Styles vs. Shane McMahon.

AJ Styles vs. Shane McMahon

Shane McMahon is the first man to make his way out to the ring, and he gets a pretty decent reaction from the fans. Shane’s sons are shown front row cheering along their dad as he jogs down the aisle then dances around the ring.

AJ Styles is out next, and the fans go nuts as Styles makes his way down the ramp and we get an amazing view of the roller coaster set.

The bell rings and Styles backs up into the ropes immediately, telling Shane to put down his closed fists. We get a lock up and AJ goes behind Shane and pushes him away, saying that he’s going to embarrass Shane. Another lockup and we get a bit of chain wrestling, with Shane working in a couple of wrist locks, and AJ clamping on a headlock. Shane pushes AJ off and falls to a shoulderblock, then a snap mare. AJ mocks Shane’s dancing to a big pop from the crowd. Shane picks himself up in the corner and AJ is smiling wide. Another lockup and Shane flips AJ up and over to the mat. Shane takes AJ over with a couple of arm drags, and then simply takes him down for the mat before going for a quick pin. Styles pulls himself out of the ring and Shane mocks AJ’s arms-out pose.

Styles makes his way back into the ring slowly and tests Shane out before blasting him with a big right hand instead. Shane says if AJ wants to throw hands he’ll oblige. Shane peppers AJ with repeated right hands in the corner. Shane blocks a big boot from AJ and throws and back elbow to AJ’s face. Shane picks up AJ and AJ scores with a quick shot to the throat before he tosses Shane through the ropes and to the outside. Styles hits the ropes and connects with a missile dropkick through the bottom and middle ropes to send Shane flying across the announcer’s table. Styles grabs Shane and brings him back to the ring, slamming his head on the apron for good measure. Back in the ring, Styles connects with a big right hand to the side of Shane’s head before kicking at his shoulder.

Styles picks up Shane and hits him with another right hand, sending him back into the corner. Styles runs in with a leaping forearm to the face, but he can’t keep Shane down for three. Styles blasts Shane with a forearm to the face, and Shane responds with a couple of quick right hands before trying to lay in with some combinations. Shane ducks a right hand and connects with a boot to Styles’ gut. Styles heads out to the apron and tries for a springboard, but Shane hits the ropes and causes Styles to crash into the top rope. Shane lets AJ stand and peppers him with some quick rights to the face. Shane dances around Styles and continues to lay in the punches before sending AJ into the ropes for a leaping back elbow. Shane tosses AJ across the ring, launching him before picking AJ up and planting him with an Angle slam in a nod to the newest WWE Hall of Famer.

Styles connects with the fireman’s carry neckbreaker over the knee and Shane looks completely stunned. Styles picks Shane up, but Shane backs Styles into the corner. Styles fights his way out and is able to lock in the calf crusher in the middle of the ring. Shane screams in pain, but he’s able to work his way around, get his hand around Styles’ throat, and work into a sleeper hold, and then an arm bar. Styles fights it off, so Shane continues to work, transitioning into the rings of Saturn. AJ fights out of it and both men stand. Both men go for clotheslines, and they both crash down to the mat. Styles rolls out to the apron and Shane goes after him. Styles grabs Shane’s head and brings him down neck first on the top rope. Styles goes for the springboard 450, but Shane counters, catching AJ and locking him into the triangle choke. Styles fades, but he won’t go completely down, standing and hitting a one armed sloppy Styles clash. Styles goes right for the pin, but Shane is able to kick out.

Both men are slow to stand, and they get up trading right hands. The crowd is very much behind AJ. Shane sends AJ into the corner and hits him with repeated knees to the gut. Styles goes to kick Shane in the head and Shane ducks, leading Styles to connect with the ref’s head. Styles puts Shane down on the mat, then goes outside and under the ring, grabbing a couple of trashcans.

Styles wedges a trash can in Shane’s face in the corner. Styles goes for a coast to coast dropkick from the top, but Shane grabs the trash can and counters by leaping up and driving the can into Styles’ face. Shane puts Styles into position in the corner, wedging another trash can in front of AJ’s face. Shane stands on the turnbuckle, then walks on the ropes and bit and leaps off with a coast to coast dropkick, driving the can into Styles’ face. Shane goes for an immediate pin, but Styles is still able to kick out and the crowd goes nuts.

Shane goes to the outside and begins to take apart the announcer’s table. Shane heads back toward the ring and grabs AJ, pulling him to the outside. Shane puts AJ on the announcer’s table, then he heads back into the ring, climbing up to the top rope. Shane leaps off the top with a huge elbow drop, but AJ slides off the table and Shane crashes through to the floor. Trainers are on Shane immediately to check for injuries. Styles grabs Shane and pulls him back toward the ring, pushing Shane in with urgency. Styles stands on the apron and goes for the Phenomenal forearm, but Shane stops it, countering into a DDT. Shane heads up to the top rope, and he crosses himself before attempting a shooting star press. Styles rolls out of the way, and the crowd seems impressed. Styles looks shocked.

Styles rolls out to the apron and screams for Shane to stand. Styles connects with the Phenomenal forearm and he pins Shane McMahon for three.

Winner: AJ Styles

Styles celebrates to a good bit of adoration from the fans in the crowd before we cut to a pretty great Snickers commercial that portrays a hungry Charlotte as James Ellsworth (until the candy bar is eaten, of course).

Raw gets their first match of the evening as Kevin Owens’ music hits and the former WWE Universal Champion makes his way out to a pretty great pop.

We get a video package that shows how this match came to be, with Owens turning on Jericho during the festival of friendship, and then Jericho distracting Owens and causing him to lose the Universal Championship to Goldberg.

The countdown entrance returns as Chris Jericho makes his way down the aisle accompanied by lots of pyro, and a huge amount of cheers. There’s also a gigantic ‘List of Jericho’ on the stage, and Jericho has a pretty great light-up scarf.

WWE United States Championship Match
Chris Jericho vs. Kevin Owens

The bell rings and Owens and Jericho circle each other for a bit before teeing off on each other with repeated right hands. Owens hits the ropes and runs right into the Walls of Jericho, but Owens is able to pull himself to the ropes and force a break. Jericho dropkicks Owens to the outside before climbing the ropes, telling the crowd to drink it in, and leaping to the outside to take out Owens. Jericho grabs Owens and slams his head into the ring steps before fighting him around the ringside area. Jericho climbs the ropes and leaps off with a huge right hand to the face. Jericho beats on Owens in the corner, whipping him across the ring, then he runs right into a superkick.

Owens stomps away at Jericho’s chest before raining down with right hands to the face. Owens backs up and delivers the cannonball into the corner, then he brings Jericho out to the apron and he hits a nasty cannonball on the apron, sandwiching Jericho against the ring post. Owens takes Jericho back into the ring and tries for a quick pin, but he’s not able to keep Jericho down for three. Owens kicks Jericho in the spine, then talks trash to him as he continues to lay in with more kicks to the back. Owens asks Jericho where his friends are now. Owens lays on Jericho’s neck and back while applying a tight rear chin lock. Jericho fights up to a seated position, and Owens lays off, kicking Jericho in the chest before hitting a front flip senton that puts Jericho down for another two count. Owens tells Jericho to stay down while hitting clubbing blows to the side of Jericho’s head. Owens tells Jericho he doesn’t have any friends before hitting the ropes and running right into a dropkick from Jericho.

Owens rolls out to the apron and Jericho hits a springboard dropkick that sends Owens out to the floor. Jericho heads out to the floor and Owens tries for a pop-up powerbomb, but Jericho fights it off with a back body drop before he drives through Owens with two shoulder blocks. Jericho brings things back into the ring and he heads to the top, diving off with a leaping elbow drop. Jericho kicks Owens away into the corner, picking him up and laying in with chops. Owens tosses Jericho into the corner and Jericho tries for the Codebreaker, but Owens fights it off and hits the package sit-out slam, putting Jericho down for two. Owens heads up to the top rope, but Jericho hits the ropes and crotches Owens on the top turnbuckle. Jericho heads up after Owens and puts him down with a top rope hurricanrana. Jericho tries for a pin, but Owens kicks out at two. Jericho kicks Owens in the chest and follows with a running bulldog. Jericho misses the lionsault but lands on his feet. Owens connects with a superkick, but he still can’t keep Jericho down for three.

Owens heads to the top and he goes for a frog splash, but Jericho gets his knees up. Owens goes for the lionsault, but Owens gets his knees up. Owens heads to the top rope and hits the swanton, but Jericho gets his knees up again, and Owens is stunned.

Jericho puts Owens down to the mat and he tries for the Walls of Jericho, but Owens fights it off. Owens hits a pretty cool twisting back body slam, landing on Jericho. Jericho comes back, putting Owens down to the mat and connecting with the lionsault, but Owens kicks out at two. Jericho kicks Owens in the ribs, and picks him up. Owens sends Jericho into the corner, but runs into an uppercut. Jericho tries for a hurricanrana, but Owens counters into the Walls of Jericho in the middle of the ring.

Jericho counters out, but Owens slingshots him into the corner. Jericho lands on the middle rope and leaps out, right into a kick from Owens. Owens goes for the cannonball, but Jericho counters by grabbing his legs and he drags him into the middle of the ring, locking in the Walls of Jericho. Owens makes it to the bottom rope to force a break. Owens pulls himself up to his feet and ducks a clothesline, connecting with the pop up powerbomb, but Jericho is still able to kick out at two.

Owens looks furious, screaming while pulling himself up to his feet. Owens pulls Jericho up and screams that he was never his best friend, and that he’s a piece of trash. Owens tries for the pop up powerbomb, but Jericho counters with the Codebreaker. Owens gets literally one finger on the ropes to break the pin.

Owens falls out to the floor and Jericho follows. Owens traps Jericho’s legs in the rope and hits a superkick to the ankle before powerbombing Jericho against the ring apron. Owens slides Jericho back into the ring immediately and pins him for three.

Winner and NEW WWE United States Champion: Kevin Owens

Owens makes his way up the ramp holding his title high and screaming at Jericho on his way to the back.

Almost no time is wasted as we get a quick commercial, and then go right into the video package for the Raw Women’s Championship Elimination match.

Raw Women’s Championship Elimination Match
Bayley vs. Charlotte Flair vs. Sasha Banks vs. Nia Jax

Bayley is the first woman to make her way down to the ring and in addition to the tube men, she gets fireworks on her way down the aisle. Bayley also has a couple of tube men at ringside, and the crowd enjoys seeing them pop up.

Nia Jax is out to the ring next, and Cory Graves says that Nia Jax may be the smart money tonight in this match.

Sasha Banks is the next competitor out for the match, and she’s driven to the ring in a pretty ridiculous ‘pimped-out’ golf cart. Sasha also gets some impressive fireworks around the rim of the stadium.

Charlotte Flair is the last woman to make her way to the ring, and Cole notes the Charlotte’s entrance is a nod to her father’s entrance at Mania 24 in his last WWE match against Shawn Michaels.

The bell rings and Nia takes Charlotte right into the corner. Bayley and Sasha join in, but Nia fights off all her opponents. Nia smashes Bayley and Sasha in the corner with a big splash. Nia hits a banzai splash out of the corner on Bayley, but she’s attacked from behind by Charlotte. Charlotte chops Nia, but Nia comes back with chops of her own before sending Charlotte into the corner, out to the apron, and launching her out to the floor on top of Sasha and Bayley.

Bayley pulls herself up on the apron along with Sasha, and finally Charlotte. All three women come in at once and Sasha goes for the leg while Charlotte and Bayley attack. Bayley and Sasha double suplex Nia while Charlotte boots her in the face, but when Charlotte goes for the pin, Nia still kicks out. Nia sends Bayley to the outside, then splashes Charlotte in the corner. Nia heads up in the corner, but Charlotte catches her and Bayley and Sasha assist with a triple powerbomb out of the corner. All three women pin Nia, and get the three count.

Nia Jax has been eliminated

Charlotte goes for a high five, and upon realizing she’s not going to get one, she bails and tells Bayley and Sasha to fight it out. Charlotte pulls Bayley to the outside and Sasha leaps through the ropes. Charlotte moves and Sasha ends up taking out Bayley. Charlotte heads up to the top and hits a nice moonsault to the floor, wiping out Sasha and Bayley.

The women fight Charlotte in the corner, but Charlotte is able to fight them off. Sasha is able to connect with double knees in the corner, and she heads to the top, leaping off and burying her knees in Charlotte’s shoulders. Sasha locks in the Banks statement, and she tries to roll up Charlotte, but Charlotte won’t stay down for three. Charlotte launches Sasha into an exposed turnbuckle and pins her for three.

Charlotte turns right to Bayley, going to work on the knee by sending her into the exposed buckle knee first. Charlotte tries for a moonsault, but Bayley rolls out of the way. Bayley goes for the pin, but Charlotte kicks out at two. Bayley leaps off the middle rope and Charlotte catches her and slams her to the mat. Charlotte locks in the figure four and tries to bridge up, but she’s not quite able to. Bayley fights into the ropes and is able to break the hold. Charlotte goes to work, dropping her knee into Bayley’s knee before wrapping her up in a tree of woe. Charlotte climbs up and stomps on Bayley’s knee, picking her up and standing on the middle rope. Bayley fights Charlotte off, sending her over with a huge back body drop from the top rope. Bayley is still hung up in the tree of woe. Bayley avoids a charging Charlotte, and Charlotte connects with the exposed buckle. Bayley stands on the top rope and she leaps off with a huge Macho Man elbow drop, pinning Charlotte for the three count.

The WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2017 is introduced one-by-one. Diamond Dallas Page, The Rock ‘n Roll Express, The family of Rick Rude, Teddy Long, Warrior Award recipient Eric LeGrande, Beth Phoenix, and Kurt Angle all get great pops on their introductions.

Seth Rollins is shown backstage having his knee taped up before his match with Triple H later tonight. Back in the stadium, ladders are shown by ringside and the titles are hanging above the ring. Enzo and Cass make their way out to the ring for the next match.

Raw Tag Team Championship Ladder Match
Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows vs. Enzo and Cass vs. Sheamus and Cesaro

Enzo introduces himself and Cass before asking the crowd how they’re doing. Cass says tonight they have a ladder match. Tonight they’re going to climb one rung (how you doin), two rungs (how you doin), etc. till they become the tag team champions. Sheamus, Cesaro, Gallows, Anderson, four guys, but one word to describe them, S-A-W-F-T, SAWFT!

Cesaro is out next, followed closely by Sheamus, while Enzo and Cass are still making their way down the aisle. Sheamus and Cesaro are both wearing kilts and sunglasses, and they both pull away their gear in vintage Cesaro fashion.

Gallows and Anderson are out next, and it’s easy to get a scope of how big the stadium is during this entrance, because Anderson and Gallows’ names are spelled out on the ramp, and you can’t see both names in one shot.

Before the match can begin, the hosts of WrestleMania show up, and they look prepared to compete. Big E says as the hosts, they must inform the crowd that they’ve just received word that this ladder match has not become a fatal four way. Woods says this means there’s one more team involved in this match. Kofi wonders who this fourth team could possibly be? The Hardy Boyz music hits, and the crowd comes unglued as Jeff and Matt Hardy return to the WWE!

Raw Tag Team Championship Ladder Match
Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows vs. Enzo and Cass vs. Sheamus and Cesaro vs. The Hardy Boyz

Matt Hardy is in full-on Broken mode, and things break down into a brawl right off the bat. Jeff launches himself off of Matt with poetry in motion on Gallows, then on Anderson. The Hardy’s turn to Enzo next, double teaming him and sending him to the outside before hitting a double suplex on Cass. Sheamus and Cesaro are in next, and Jeff takes them out with the whisper in the wind. Matt grabs a ladder and slides it into the ring. Matt drives Sheamus, then Cass, then Enzo, then Cesaro off the apron with a ladder shot. Jeff sets up a ladder under the titles and Gallows is in, pushing the ladder over into the ropes. Anderson pops into the ring and takes out Matt and Gallows and Anderson take out Matt, then Jeff with ladder shots.

Anderson goes for the titles, but Cesaro and Sheamus are in the ring and Cesaro sends Anderson off the ladder, then leaps off with a double stomp. Sheamus hits white noise, planting Gallows on Anderson. Cesaro climbs the ladder and Cass pushes it over, and Cesaro’s leg gets caught in a disgusting sight. Cesaro is sent from the ring and Enzo and Cass are able to clear the ring, then bring in a couple of ladders. Matt and Jeff pull the ladders out and prop them up between the apron and barricade. Enzo runs and Cass launches him over the ladder to wipe out someone on the floor, it’s tough to keep up. Sheamus beats on Gallows’ chest while he’s wrapped in the ropes and Cesaro does the big swing at the same time.

Sheamus slams Anderson and Cesaro connects with the Swiss One Nine on Gallows. Cesaro and Sheamus heads to the outside and grab another ladder, but Cass sends Cesaro from the apron with a giant boot before launching Enzo out on top of Cesaro and Sheamus. Jeff Hardy is able to send Cass out of the ring, but then he eats a brogue kick that sends Jeff crashing to the outside. Sheamus grabs a ladder and he sets it up under the belts. Gallows climbs up the other side and he fights Sheamus at the top of the ladder. Enzo is in and he tips over the ladder, sending both Sheamus and Gallows crashing into the top rope. Enzo picks up the ladder and sets it up under the belts. Enzo crawls up the ladder, pulling himself slowly toward the top. Cass boosts up Enzo and pushes him toward the title, but Sheamus and Gallows help each other and powerbomb Cass into a ladder in the corner. Sheamus boots Cass from the ring, and he and Gallows fight each other to the outside. Enzo is still on the ladder, but Anderson is in on the other side to stop Enzo from grabbing the belts. Anderson pulls Enzo down into an uppercut from Cesaro. Cesaro and Sheamus try for a double crucifix on Anderson, but Gallows stops it. Matt Hardy connects with a twist of fate on Gallows. Hardy and Anderson climb opposite sides of a ladder, and Matt hits the Twist of Fate from the top.

Jeff Hardy does a crazy swanton on the outside, putting Cesaro through a ladder that was propped up between the ring and apron earlier, and taking out Cesaro as well. Matt Hardy climbs the ladder and pulls down the titles, and we’ve got new champs!

Winners and NEW Raw Tag Team Champions: The Hardy Boyz

The Hardy’s celebrate with their new titles and we get some fireworks for good measure before cutting to a commercial for the Network.

Up next is John Cena and Nikki Bella vs. The Miz and Maryse in a Mixed Tag Team match, and we get as video package that highlights the recent bad blood between all competitors involved in this one.

Mixed Tag Team Match
John Cena and Nikki Bella vs. The Miz and Maryse

Jerry Lawler is out to do commentary for the next match, and Al Roker is out to do ring introductions for the next match, introducing himself as ‘Chocolate Thunder’. Miz and Maryse are out first, and we get to meet all the other international announce teams as the Hollywood power couple make their way to the ring.

Nikki Bella is out next, and when she’s halfway down the aisle, Cena is introduced, making his way out to a huge chorus of ‘John Cena sucks’.

The bell rings, and it looks like the ladies will be starting this one. Both ladies circle each other before Maryse backs up and tags out to Miz. Cena tags in and is all smiles. Miz jaws with the crowd for a bit, posing in the corner before making his way out to the floor for a quick kiss with his wife. Cena chases Miz, and Miz leaps right back into the ring, catching Cena with a series of stomps on his way back into the ring. Miz clamps on a sleeper on Cena, and Maryse gets in a cheap shot when Cena forces a rope break. Miz blasts Cena with a couple of big right hands in the corner. Miz waits for Cena to stand and connects with his running corner clothesline. Miz heads to the top and leaps off with a double axe handle to the forehead. Miz hits the ropes and hits Cena with a running boot to the forehead.

Miz hits the ropes again for another running boot to the face. Miz goes for another corner clothesline, but Cena avoids it, and Miz crashes into the corner. Maryse pulls Nikki off the apron so Cena doesn;t have anyone to tag. Miz connects with a neckbreaker, but he can’t keep Cena down for three. Miz waits for Cena to stand, and Cena shoulders Miz for the AA. Miz fights out and connects with a nasty DDT that’s good for another two count.

Miz mocks Daniel Bryan, doing the yes chant before kicking Cena in the chest repeatedly. Miz gets slapped by Nikki, and ends up back dropped out to the floor. Cena makes the tag and Nikki comes in with a series of right hands to Maryse. Miz pulls Maryse out of the ring, and Nikki hits the ropes, diving through. Miz pushes Maryse out of the way and Nikki takes out Miz on the floor. Back in the ring, Nikki and Cena takes out Maryse and Miz, and hit a double five knuckle shuffle, then a side-by-side AA/Rack Attack 2.0. Cena and Nikki pin Miz and Maryse at the same time, and both get the three.

Winners: John Cena and Nikki Bella

John Cena has a mic and he says that this is what Nikki wanted, last year, when she went into surgery, she wanted a WrestleMania moment. Cena talks about talking to Nikki before her surgery, he tells Nikki that before her surgery, while she was under anesthesia, he said he would marry her. She said she knew. Cena says he just needs her to say yes one more time. Cena gets down on one knee, proposes to Nikki, and she says yes. There are some fans cheering, some fans who couldn’t care less, but an overall apathetic reaction.

Cena and Nikki make their way to the back, and we go right into a video package for Rollins vs. Triple H.

Non-Sanctioned Match
Seth Rollins vs. Triple H

Triple H is the first man to make his way out, and he rides a motorcycle down the ramp with Stephanie perched behind him. Hunter lets a police escort of six motorcycles lead the way, then he follows down after.

Seth Rollins is out next, his music hits, and he walks out carrying a torch, holding it up high, and tapping it down on the ramp. In a very cool visual, the ramp ‘goes up in flames’, as does the LED board around the ring.

Rollins and Hunter go right after each other with Rollins taking Hunter down with a series of right hands. Rollins takes Hunter down with a single leg dropkick that sends Hunter to the outside. Seth follows Triple H and ends up whipped into the barricade. Hunter blocks a kick and connects with a dragon screw. Rollins responds quickly with a big clothesline over the barricade and out into the crowd. Hunter charges Rollins, and he backdrops him back into the ringside area. Rollins leaps off the top rope and Hunter blocks a kick, but Rollins is able to come up with an enzugiri. Rollins sends Hunter out of the ring and he flies through the ropes to wipe out Hunter on the floor. Rollins heads right back into the ring and hits an immediate second suicide dive. Seth bounces Hunter off the German announcer’s table. Seth picks up Hunter and teases the pedigree, but Hunter spikes Rollins with a DDT instead.

Hunter picks up a chair and blasts Rollins across the knee, causing Rollins to fall to the floor grabbing his knee. Hunter winds up and hits Rollins in the knee again, causing him to fall to the ground in pain. Hunter traps Rollins’ leg against the announcer’s table and he stands on a chair to drop a knee against the back of Rollins’ knee. Rollins and Hunter wrestle around on the mat for a bit before Hunter takes Rollins into the corner for a series of chops to the chest. Hunter wraps up Seth’s leg in the ropes and kicks away at the knee. Rollins fights off Hunter and hits the flatliner, driving Hunter face first into the middle turnbuckle. Rollins heads to the top, but he’s stopped by Hunter, who heads up after him and tries for a superplex. Rollins is able to fight off Hunter and he tries for a sunset flip powerbomb, but Rollins’ knee buckles, and he grabs at it immediately. Hunter laughs and hits Rollins with a couple of right hands to the face. Rollins tries for a running powerbomb, but his knee gives out again. Hunter tries for the pedigree, but Rollins, avoids it and he connects with the buckle bomb, falling to the mat and grabbing his knee immediately.

Rollins hits a running forearm in the corner, then whips Hunter over the top rope and to the outside. Rollins heads up to the top rope and he stands on the ring post. Rollins leaps off with a giant cross body and he gets right up, slamming Hunter’s face into the ring post, then following up with another slam face first into the post. Rollins goes under the ring and grabs a chair before getting a second and sliding both right into the ring. Rollins also goes back for a table, setting that up on the outside. Rollins heads to the apron and up to the top rope. Rollins leaps off with a frog splash to Hunter’s back, but he’s not able to keep Hunter down for a three count.

Hunter catches Rollins with a cheap shot to the knee and a spinebuster in the middle of the ring that’s good for a two count. Hunter wraps up Rollins’ leg in a chair and stomps away at it for a bit before heading to the top rope. Rollins stops Hunter cold by throwing the chair at him. Rollins climbs up to the top after Hunter and takes him down with a superplex, following up with a falcon arrow that’s good for two.

Rollins pulls himself up in the corner, but Stephanie is up and she pulls Rollins down across the top rope. Hunter locks in a reverse figure four, and Rollins is screaming in pain. Rollins fights out of the hold with right hands to the face, and Rollins goes for a submission of his own, but it’s short-lived. Rollins rolls to the outside, dropping out to the floor. Hunter rolls out after him and grabs a chair, rearing back and blasting Rollins. Hunter locks in the reverse figure four on the floor, and Rollins goes under the ring, grabbing whatever he can, pulling out chairs and a sledge hammer. Hunter breaks the hold and grabs the hammer. Rollins rolls back into the ring to avoid Hunter.

Hunter follows Seth back into the ring and both men trade right hands. Hunter drops the hammer, but he’s able to come back with a giant clothesline that wipes Rollins out. Hunter rolls over and grabs the sledge hammer. Hunter walks toward Seth and walks right into a Pele style enzugiri. Rollins grabs the hammer and he backs up. Stephanie causes the distraction, and it allows Triple H to hit the pedigree. Hunter goes for the pin, but Rollins is able to kick out at two.

Rollins picks up Hunter and he tries for the pedigree, but Hunter counters. Hunter tries for the pedigree, but Rollins fights it off. Both men continue to fight back and forth. Hunter tries for a powerbomb, but Rollins counters into a pedigree, only for Rollins to have his knee blown up by Hunter. Steph is on the apron, Rollins avoids a charging Hunter and superkicks Hunter into Stephanie, sending her through the table on the floor. Rollins hits the pedigree on Hunter, and he gets the three count.

Winner: Seth Rollins

We get the WrestleMania musical performance, and a break for this reporter… For those interested, Pitbull, Flo Ride, and a couple of other guys rap and sing while some girls in checkered outfits dance around the stage. Following the performance, fireworks go off around the rim of the stadium.

The announcers throw to a video package detailing the history between Randy Orton and Bray Wyatt, beginning with Orton joining the Wyatts when he couldn’t beat them, then slowly dismantling them from the inside and driving Bray toward madness.

Bray Wyatt vs. Randy Orton

Bray Wyatt is the first man to make his way out for the match, and the sight of the thousands of fireflies in attendance is a bit overwhelming. It is very reminiscent of Undertaker’s entrances back in the day when people would hold up lighters in the crowd.

Randy Orton is out next, and Orton gets a nice pop that dies off fairly quickly.

After formal ring introductions, we’re ready for the match.

The bell rings and Orton hits a Thesz press right off the bat with a series of punches to Bray’s face. A snap powerslam, and Orton teases the RKO, but Wyatt bails to the floor. Orton follows quickly and fights him by the announcer’s tables before bringing things back into the ring. Bray takes Orton down with a quick shot, then the lights go out and maggots are projected on the ring while Wyatt hangs upside down in the corner. Orton bails from the ring immediately. Orton comes back in, avoids the sister Abigail and tries for the RKO, but Bray pushes him off and hits a quick cross body. Wyatt tosses Orton to the apron and hits Randy with a huge clubbing blow to the back that sends him face first to the apron. Wyatt shoves Orton back into the ring, then hits a big splash in the corner. Bray hangs upside down in the corner again, and this time worms are projected on the mat. Wyatt mounts Orton and hits him with fists to the back of the head. Orton tries for the RKO, but Bray counters with a urunage and senton for two.

Bray tries for sister Abigail, but Orton counters with a roll up. Bray pops right up with a quick clothesline and Orton heads back to the outside. Bray goes out to the apron and leaps off, right into a dropkick from Orton. Orton picks up Wyatt and ends up tossed into the LED board spine first. Wyatt connects with the sister Abigail, planting Orton’s face in the barricade. Bray rolls Orton back into the ring and Orton rolls right back out on the other side. Bray rolls out and runs around the ring. Bray goes for a big clothesline, but Orton ducks it and connects with the RKO on the floor. Orton struggles to get Wyatt back into the ring, and when he goes for the pin, he only gets two.

Orton sets up in the corner for the punt, but Wyatt avoids it and tries for sister Abigail. Orton avoids it and connects with his across the back backbreaker. Orton ties Wyatt up in the ropes and hits the suspension DDT, then he drops to the mat. Wyatt stands and he connects with an immediate sister Abigail, but Orton is able to kick out at two. Wyatt drops down into his spider walk pose, and cockroaches are projected on the mat. Wyatt blasts Orton with a couple of big right hands. Wyatt stands tall but Orton nails a RKO for the win out of nowhere.

After the match, Orton receives the WWE Title and stands tall to celebrate.

We move from one Championship to another as we go right into a video package for the Universal Championship match. We get a recap of Goldberg and his impressive history, and his record against Brock Lesnar, and Lesnar’s obsession with getting a win over Goldberg.

Brock Lesnar is the first man to make his way to the ring for the next match, and he gets a good pop on his way down the aisle.

Fans start chanting for Goldberg now. A man knocks on his locker room door before the music hits and out comes WWE Universal Champion Bill Goldberg.

The bell rings and Lesnar hits an immediate German suplex, then a second, and third. Goldberg hits a big spear, and a second. Lesnar rolls out of the ring and to the floor. Goldberg spears Lesnar through the barricade and into the timekeeper’s area.

Goldberg pulls Lesnar up and knees him in the midsection. Goldberg tries for the jackhammer, but Lesnar counters by shouldering Goldberg. Goldberg fights his way out and hits the spear again. Lesnar pulls himself up and hits a jackhammer. Goldberg goes for the pin, but Lesnar kicks out. Goldberg backs up into the corner and sets up for the spear. Goldberg charges, but Lesnar leaps over him and Goldberg connects with the turnbuckle. Lesnar connects with a German suplex, then another, then the sixth of the match. Lesnar connects with suplex seven, eight, and nine in quick succession. Lesnar stands and the crowd is asking for ten, Lesnar is more than happy to oblige. Lesnar shoulders Goldberg and he hits the F5, covering Goldberg for the three count.

Brock holds up the title overhead, and then celebrates with Heyman in the ring before quickly making his way toward the back.

Alexa Bliss vs. Becky Lynch vs. Mickie James vs. Carmella vs. Natalya vs. Naomi

We go back to the ring and out comes SmackDown Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss. Mickie James is out next. Becky Lynch makes her way out with pyro. Carmella is out next with James Ellsworth. Natalya is out next. Naomi comes out next and she’s glowing for her hometown. The bell rings and it’s every woman for herself.

The bell rings and everyone is hesitant to start, but things break down into brawling pretty quickly. Mickie drops Alexa with a neckbreaker, and Becky takes Carmella over with an exploder. Natalya and Alexa execute a double suplex on Naomi on the floor. Mickie and Becky trade shots in the ring before Becky is distracted by Ellsworth, allowing Carmella to score with a hurricanrana, and a quick pin attempt. Carmella and Bliss get into it, with Bliss slamming Carmella to the mat, then kicking her in the spine. Bliss connects with a DDT on Natalya, before Mickie kicks her in the head. Becky connects with clotheslines on Natalya and Carmella. Becky hits another exploder on Carmella, and Ellsworth is in the ring. Becky hits an exploder on Ellsworth, and Mickie comes in with the seated senton to Becky. Naomi rolls up Natalya, who in turn suplexes Becky and Naomi gets a two. Natalya catches Naomi and Carmella in position and locks them both into the Sharpshooter. Mickie breaks it up with a Mick kick before planting Becky with a DDT. Carmella breaks up the pin. Alexa ends up seeing Naomi’s rear view, and Naomi ends up leaping over the top rope to take out all her opponents. Naomi hits a springboard right into a forearm from Bliss. Naomi traps Bliss in a submission out of nowhere and Bliss is forced to tap out.

The New Day came out to announce the Citrus Bowl attendence record. It is 75,245 people. They thanked our without you there is no us line. They then did a fireworks show.

A video package runs hyping The Undertaker vs. Roman Reigns.

Jim Ross is the first person introduced for the next match, and he makes his way to the table to a standing ovation to help announce this match alongside JBL and Michael Cole.

No Holds Barred Match
The Undertaker vs. Roman Reigns

Roman Reigns is the first man to make his way out to a huge amount of heat from the crowd. Roman gets a load of fireworks, but it doesn’t do anything to influence the crowd to cheer for him. JoJo reveals that this is now a No Holds Barred match.

The lights go out and the gong sounds, and the Undertaker rises out of the ramp to a big pop from the crowd.

The bell rings and Taker blasts Roman with a series of strikes in the corner before tossing him over the top rope and to the outside, yelling ‘my yard’. Roman hops back in and Taker beats him some more before tossing him back out. Taker leans over and watches Reigns pace around the ring. Reigns hops up to the apron and hangs Taker up on the top rope. Reigns gets in and staggers Taker before clotheslining him over the top rope. Taker lands on his feet and pulls Roman out of the ring, throwing him into the ring steps immediately. Taker picks up Reigns and tosses him back into the ring, following and hitting a couple of rights. Reigns sends Taker into the ropes and hits a quick Samoan drop.

Reigns kicks Taker and sends him out of the ring, but when he follows, Taker is quick to respond with a quick jab to the throat. Taker shoulders Reigns, but when he tries to drive Reigns into the ring post, Reigns is able to fight out of it, shove Taker into the ring post, and hit the drive-by kick. Reigns brings things back into the ring and he pounds on Taker with repeated rights. Reigns and Taker trade right hands with the crowd solidly behind Taker. Reigns connects with a big right, and Taker responds by taking him into the corner and running in with a big splash. Taker connects with snake eyes, a big boot, and a leg drop for two. Reigns leaps up and eats a huge right hand from Taker. Taker clears off the announcer’s table, and he head butts Reigns back, only to eat a big dropkick from Roman. Undertaker catches Reigns and he plants him with a chokeslam that doesn’t break the table. Taker takes apart the table next to the already disassembled table. When Taker stands on the table, Roman spears him through the Spanish announcer’s table.

Reigns rolls back into the ring, yells out at Taker, and Taker sits right up. When Taker heads back into the ring, Reigns stomps away repeatedly at the Deadman. Reigns hits Taker with a series of clotheslines in the corner before climbing up and punching Taker repeatedly. Reigns screams in Taker’s face, and Taker responds with a sloppy Last Ride that’s not enough to keep Reigns down for a three count. Undertaker heads out and grabs a chair, and when Reigns grabs for it, Taker boots him in the face. Taker grabs the chair and rears back, blasting Reigns in the spine.

Taker continues to take shots at Reigns’ back with the chair. Taker calls for the chokeslam, but Reigns rolls out to the floor. Reigns rolls back into the ring and surprises Taker with a Superman punch, then a second. Reigns goes for a third, and Taker chokeslams Reigns on the chair, but Reigns is still able to kick out at two. Taker drags his thumb across his throat, and he shoulders Reigns, putting him down with a tombstone. Taker goes for the pin, but Reigns still kick out at two.

Taker picks up Reigns and goes for another tombstone, but Reigns fights it off. Reigns tries badly to get Taker up for a tombstone, but can’t do it and hits a Superman punch instead, pinning Taker for two. Reigns sets up in the corner, waiting for Taker to stand. Reigns hits a big spear, and he goes to pin Taker, but Reigns finds himself trapped in Hell’s gate.

Roman makes it to the ropes to force a break, and Taker crawls over to grab a chair. Reigns is up and he stops Taker from using the chair. Reigns grabs the chair and blasts Taker across the back before driving it down into Taker’s gut repeatedly and slamming it across his back. Reigns won’t stop tattooing Taker’s back with chair shots. Taker pulls himself up using the ropes and Reigns connects with another spear, pinning Taker, but Taker still kicks out at two.

Taker makes his way back up to his feet, and Reigns hits another spear, pinning Taker, but still not getting a three count. Roman looks frustrated, burying his head in his hands. Roman connects with another Superman punch. Taker tries to sit up, but he can’t manage. Roman watches Taker struggle to stand. Taker pulls himself up, but Reigns pushes him away. Taker says something to Reigns about not having the balls. Reigns connects with a couple of big right hands, then a final spear, and he gets the three count.

Winner: Roman Reigns

Reigns looks disappointed as he makes his way out of the ring and to the back. The Undertaker is laid out, not moving since he was pinned. Reigns turns around and looks back toward the ring, holding his arms up while fireworks go off all around him and the stadium.

The camera cuts back to the ring where Taker finally sits up after a couple of ‘thank you Taker’ chants.

Following replays, Taker is standing in the middle of the ring with his coat and hat on. Taker looks around, taking in the entire stadium as the fans are all on their feet. Taker walks around, and before leaving the ring, he takes off his gloves, and leaves them in the middle of the ring. Taker’s jacket comes off and he places that on top of the gloves, and finally, he takes off his hat one final time, and Taker walks off. Taker walks over and kisses Michelle McCool, then he walks off to the back.

The “thank you Taker” chants continue. Taker stops on the ramp and turns around to look at the ring. He turns back around and raises his fist as the lightning strikes again. The gongs hit again and the stadium goes black as WrestleMania 33 goes off the air.
