WWE Teasing New GM Replacement for RAW, Goldberg Says WrestleMania Match Will Be A Blood Fest

- Goldberg appeared on the debut episode of the Edge and Christian’s Pod of Awesomeness. During the appearance, he talked about his upcoming match against Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 33, where he will be defending his WWE Universal Championship.

Goldberg promises that the match will be a knockdown, drag-out “blood fest” and said they are both going to do things beyond the constraints of their previous encounters. Goldberg gave the impression that they were not allowed to do very much in the first few encounters in order to garner interest in a third bout and to play on people’s nostalgia of his character.

Goldbereg also talked about traveling, the current WWE locker room, relationship with Vince McMahon and much more. You can listen to the full interview here.

- WWE published an article on their website teasing several names as possible replacements for the general manager position of RAW now that Mick Foley has been “fired” from that role. One named mentioned in the article is Kurt Angle as a candidate for the position.

It’s been speculated for over a month now that Angle will possibly return to WWE programming after WrestleMania weekend and have sort of on-camera role with the company.
