Reason Finn Balor Hasn’t Returned to WWE Television

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that WWE has kept Finn Balor off television because they don’t have a WrestleMania match for him.

Prior to Balor going out with an injury, he was pegged to be the top babyface on RAW. This was going to be done at the time to allow Roman Reigns to stay out of title contention until WrestleMania, but it all got turned sideways when Balor got hurt. The company was then forced to try to push Reigns as a babyface once again because they had no one else to fill the position on the RAW brand.

Balor has now been cleared to return to action and has been competing at WWE Live Events. It will be interesting to see where he is placed on the card once they have him return to television.
