WWE 205 Live Results – Feb 7, 2017

We are in Seattle, Washington and your announcers are Austin Aries, Mauro Ranallo, and Corey Graves.

Austin Aries mentions that Tony Nese is not cleared to wrestle tonight so he is out of the match.  Corey says the match will still be a five way elimination match.  There will be a qualifying match for that when Ariya Daivari facing Mustafa Ali.

Match Number One:  Ariya Daivari vs. Mustafa Ali in a Winner gets to Wrestle in the Five Way Elimination Match Match

They lock up and Ali runs Daivari into the corner. and gives a clean break.  Daivari with a side head lock and shoulder tackle.  Ali has a hip toss blocked.  Ali with a head scissors and then he blocks a kick and connects with a spinning heel kick and he gets a near fall.  Ali goes to the floor but he misses Daivari.  Daivari sends Ali into the ringside barrier and then he hits a neck breaker.  The referee starts his count.  Ali gets back into the ring before the ten count and Daivari kicks Ali.

Daivari wtih a snap mare and a forearm to the lower back and he gets a near fall.  Daivari with a reverse chin lock.  Daivari with a reverse DDT and he gets a near fall.  Daivari with a kick and Ali with a forearm and chop.  Daivari with a spinebuster and then he goes to the turnbuckles for the frog splash but Ali moves.  Ali with a shoulder and he flips into the ring and connects wtih a clothesline.  Ali avoids a splash into the corner and Ali with a kick from the apron and then he hits a rolling neck breaker for a near fall.  Daivari with a short arm clothesline for a near fall.

Ali goes to the turnbuckles and hits a Tornado DDT.  Ali goes up top and hits the inward 450 splash for the three count.

Winner:  Mustafa Ali

We are back and Brian Kendrick says he is the gatekeeper at 205 Live.  Any time they send in the clowns, he is here to snuff out their dreams.  It can be upstarts or legends.  There is one exception.  A young man by the name of Akira Tozawa.  He sees a lot of potential in that kid and he hopes that he is watching in the back.  If you play things right, you can be under Brian’s wing and be his protege.

Match Number Two:  Lince Dorado vs. Brian Kendrick

Dorado flips around and Kendrick tries for a kick but Dorado blocks it.  Dorado with a waist lock and Kendrick with a snap mare and Dorado lands on his feet.  Dorado with a head scissors and Kendrick goes to the floor.  Dorado goes to the apron and he avoids a leg sweep and kicks Kendrick.  Dorado with an Asai Moonsault and both men are down.  Dorado sends Kendrick into the ring and Dorado goes up top and he leaps over Kendrick.  Kendrick with a leg lariat for a near fall.  Kendrick kicks Dorado in the back and connects with forearms.  Kendrick with a forearm to the back.  Kendrick with an Irish whip and back body drop for a near fall.  Kendrick runs into an uppercut and Dorado with a chop.

Dorado with more chops but Kendrick with an elbow.  Dorado wtih a tilt-a-whirl back breaker.  Kendrick runs into a boot and Dorado with a head scissors take down and a slam.  Dorado is sent to the apron and he sends Kendrick into the turnbuckles and hits an enzuigiri.  Dorado with a cross body but Kendrick rolls through and gets a near fall.  Dorado with a jumping knee and he goes for a suplex but Kendrick lands on his feet.  Dorado with a handspring stunner for a near fall.

Dorado goes up top for a shooting star press but he takes too long and Kendrick stops him.  Dorado chops Kendrick to the mat.  Dorado goes up top and hits a Shooting Star Press but Kendrick gets his knees up and gets a near fall.  Dorado with a rollup for a near fall.  Kendrick applies the Captain’s Hook and Dorado taps out.

Winner:  Brian Kendrick

After the match, Austin Aries interviews Brian Kendrick.  Austin asks Brian about his comments about the new faces in 205 Live other than Akira Tozawa.  Brian says it is nothing but riff raff and trash undeserving of a chance, but Akira Tozawa is someone special.  They formed a bond.  Kendrick asks for Akira Tozawa to come out so he can speak.

Instead of Tozawa, Tajiri’s music plays and Tajiri is in the ring and he spits the green mist in Kendrick’s face.

We go to commercial.

Neville is asked about the Elimination Match.  He says the winner gets an opportunity to stand across the ring from the King.  It is only a moment and then you are out of your depth when the bell rings.  TJ Perkins, he has crushed his dreams before and he will do it again.  Jack Gallagher is an embarrassment to England.  Mustafa Ali is someone who reminds him of himself ten years ago.  Cedric Alexander can only hope to be a threat if he gets his head into shape and focuses.  Noam Dar can barely steal Cedric Alexander’s girlfriend so what chances does he have of stealing his crown.

Whoever it is, they will stand across from him as his inferior.  They will be forced to bend their knee and pay their respects to the King of the Cruiserweights.

Match Number Three:  Jack Gallagher vs. Noam Dar vs. Cedric Alexander vs. Mustafa Ali vs. TJ Perkins in an Elimination Number One Contender Match

The lights go out as the bell rings and then they come back on.  Dar gets in the center of the ring and he tells everyone something and then he tries to punch Alexander.  Alexander with a forearm and then everyone else gets a shot in on Dar.  Alexander sends Dar to the floor.  Perkins and Ali battle while Alexander and Gallagher battle.  Ali wtih a drop kick to Gallagher.  Ali goes for a belly-to-back suplex on Perkins and he lands on his feet.  Perkins with a back heel kick to Ali and Dar trips Perkins.  Gallagher with a running European uppercut to Dar.  Perkins goes for an O’Connor Roll and Alexander with a sunset flip that allows Perkins to hit a German suplex on Ali and Alexander gets a near fall.

Alexander with a drop kick.  Alexander with chops adn Dar with European uppercuts.  Dar kicks Alexander when Cedric goes for a handspring round kick.  Dar with a near fall on Alexander.  Gallagher with a rollup on Dar for a near fall.  Gallagher sends Dar to the floor.  Gallagher send Ali onto everyone with a back body drop to the floor.  Gallagher goes to the apron and he gets his umbrella.  Gallagher climbs with the umbrella opened and he hits a back senton onto everyone.

Gallagher with a rollup on Dar.  Gallagher with a forearm to the back.  Dar with a kick to the knee and then he chokes Gallagher.  Alexander with Lumbar Check on Dar for the three count.

Noam Dar Eliminated

Ali and Alexander are in the ring and Ali blocks a kick but Alexander blocks a kick.  Alexander with a standing C4 and he gets a near fall on Ali.  Alexander with a rollup for a near fall.  Alexander with a handspring round kick to Perkins and then he hits a cross body into the corner followed by an enzuigiri.  Alexander kicks Gallagher from the apron.  Perkins punches Alexander on the turnbuckles.  Perkins goes for a superplex and Alexander sends him to the mat.  Dar crotches Alexander even though he has been eliminated.

Dar is sent to the back and Perkins hits the Detonation Kick and pins Alexander.

Cedric Alexander Eliminated

Gallagher limps into an elbow from Perkins.  Ali goes up top and hits a cross body from an Electric Chair position for a near fall on Perkins.  Ali with a clothesline to Gallagher followed by a European uppercut.  Gallagher with an Irish whip but he misses a splash into the corner.  Ali with an enzuigiri followed by a rolling neck breaker and then he goes for the inward 450 but Gallagher moves.  Perkins with a cross arm breaker and Ali taps out.

Mustafa Ali eliminated

Perkins and Gallagher are in opposite corners and Perkins with an elbow.  Gallagher with a head butt to the midsection.  Perkins with a drop kick to the knee and then he kicks Gallagher in the back of the leg.  Gallgher blocks a kick but Perkins applies the knee bar.  Gallagher crawls towards the ropes but Perkins adds more pressure.  Gallagher gets to the ropes and Perkins has to release the hold.  Perkins with kicks to the back of the leg.  Gallagher with a head butt and then Gallagher with a headstand but his knee gives out when he lands on the mat.  Perkins with a Detonation Kick but Gallagher bounces off the ropes and hits a head butt to the chest and Gallagher falls on top of Perkins but only gets a near fall.

Perkins goes for the Detonation Kick but Gallagher with elbows and a head butt.  Gallagher with a running drop kick into the corner for the three count.

Winner:  Jack Gallagher

After the match, Neville’s pyro goes off and his music plays.  Neville comes out to the stage and holds up the Cruiserweight Title Belt.
