It was deemed this past June that Jimmy Snuka was not mentally competent to stand trial in the 1983 death of his then-girlfriend Nancy Argentino.
In an update on the case, there was no ruling at the hearing today in court. Snuka was unable to travel because he was too sick and did not make the hearing. Snuka testified through Face Time and couldn’t even remember the judge’s name handling the case.
It was mentioned that Snuka has been in hospice and only has six months left to live. Snuka’s wife said that he was suffering from psychosis and will often try to escape their home because he thinks he’s supposed to be at a WWE match.
The judge requested more medical records and will then decide if the case will be dismissed.
