– Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson defeated Goldust and R-Truth on tonight’s WWE RAW to become the new #1 contenders to RAW Tag Team Champions The New Day, who retained over Cesaro and Sheamus tonight.
Gallows and Anderson will get their title shot on next Monday’s RAW from Charlotte, North Carolina.
The New Day has just 26 days until they break Demolition’s record for longest tag team title reign at 478 days. It appears Stephanie McMahon and Mick Foley will be having The New Day defend their titles each week until the record is broken.
Another title match will take place as Sasha Banks will get her rematch against RAW Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair.
