WWE Network will premiere 205 Live tonight from Columbia, SC after tonight’s SmackDown goes off the air. The main event will see WWE Cruiserweight Champion Brian Kendrick defend against Rich Swann.
There has been talk of using WWE NXT Superstar Austin Aries on 205 Live, according to PWInsider. Aries is currently out of action with a broken orbital bone but apparently he could be used in some sort of non-physical role on tonight’s premiere.
Tonight’s show is scheduled to be an “all hands on deck” show with TJ Perkins, Cedric Alexander, Akira Tozawa, The Bollywood Boyz, Jack Gallagher, HoHo Lun, Lince Dorado, Gran Metalik and others backstage. PWInsider notes that Sin Cara is not being brought in for tonight, which sounds like it could be more punishment from the recent UK tour bus incident with Chris Jericho.
