Daniel Bryan Confirms Goldberg vs Lesnar at Survivor Series?, Teases Possible No DQ Women’s Match, Spirit Squad’s Status

- During tonight’s WWE Talking Smack, Daniel Bryan took a small jab at Goldberg returning to WWE, and said the Attitude Era was great, but Smackdown focuses on the future. Bryan then admitted he wishes Smackdown had as big of match at Survivor Series as Lesnar vs Goldberg.

"I'm excited to see that match," Bryan said, before giving a thumbs down and laughing. "Just kidding! It's going to be an awesome match. It's going to be on a co-branded show, but I don't like that they're putting it together and not us."
Also on Talking Smack tonight, Nikki Bella appeared as one of the special guests. During the interview, Daniel Bryan mentioned he is jealous that the Raw brand has Sasha Banks vs Charlotte in a Hell in a Cell match at Hell in a Cell, and he teased a possible No DQ match between Nikki Bella and Carmella in the future.

- As seen on WWE Smackdown Live tonight, Dolph Ziggler faced Mike Mondo and Kenny Dykstra of the Spirit Squad in a Handicap Match, and after the match Smackdown Tag Team Champions Rhyno and Heath Slater made the save when Ziggler was being attacked by The Miz.

While not confirmed, tonight’s Smackdown could be setting up a 6 man tag team match with The Miz and The Spirit Squad vs Dolph Ziggler and Slater & Rhyno, so the Squad might be sticking around on WWE TV for a bit.
